Welcom, to Oter`s homepage on the world wide web.
We are a small group of scouts in Elverum, Hedemark, Norway.


The boy with the red hair is our God, TORE. Because we don`t have any pictures of our leader Odd Nilsen. We hope he`s going to put Mjoelner back into the saddle.
 
History
Oter stands for TORE who is the founder og "patrulje Oter". When Tore left Mjoelner, Ivar and Trygve took over the patrulje. Mjoelner is the name og our scouting troop. This page is here for you. Maybe you want to be a scout?
Haakon, Thomas, Sondre, Marius, Bjoern-Kristian and the PFF`s Ivar and Trygve are now what we in pat. OTER.
